To ensure you are a suitable candidate for the treatment please ensure that you; are over 18, not taking blood thinners, not under any hospital care, don’t suffer from any autoimmune diseases, don’t suffer from keloid scarring, not pregnant or feeding.

Please consult with me if you are taking any medication / have any skin conditions before making the booking.

If you have had any previous work not done by me, please also consult with me beforehand.

Patch tests are recommended although are entirely your choice, I am insured either way. Please let me know when you’re thinking of coming in so I can make sure I’m around.

All appointments will require a booking fee to secure the date in the diary. Booking fee’s can be paid directly on my booking system. If you would prefer to speak to me to make the booking please call 07921800321.

Please note that all booking fees are non refundable in any circumstances.

To reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice(Excluding Weekends). Your booking fee will be transferable if the required notice time is given. Should this not be the case, you will be asked for another booking fee which will not be redeemable from the treatment balance at the new appointment.

If you no show on the day of your appointment without prior notice, you will be asked to pay a £50 charge before any future bookings will be made. This not redeemable from the treatment balance on the day.

We also require a minimum of 7 days notice to carry over training course booking fees.

If you are unable to give the required notice, and the balance of the course has already been paid, you will be asked to pay another booking fee to move the course date. We reserve the right not to reschedule another course dependent on the business need & direction at that time.

All payments made for training courses are non refundable in any circumstances.

Please note that I do not have a card machine in the clinic – please bring cash where possible.
